At Review Cards, we make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the conditions below are met.

1. Return period

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product must be in its original condition and must not have been used or damaged.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.

3. Products that cannot be returned.

The following products cannot be returned:

Products with an adhesive backing with the protective film removed.
Personalized or customized products made especially for the customer.

4. Procedure for Returns.

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Complete the return form on our website: www.reviewcardstore.com/return
Make sure the product meets the return conditions.
Pack the product securely and include a copy of the invoice or order form.
Send the package to our return address via a carrier of your choice. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

5. Cost of Returns.

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. You are free to choose your own carrier for returning the product. We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking so that you can track the status of the return.

6. Refund

Once we have received and verified your return, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund. The refund will be made via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
