This privacy policy describes how Review Card Store (a trading name of UrWeb, Houten Schoen 96C002, 9100 Sint-Niklaas, Belgium, company number BE0805971515) collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you visit reviewcardstore.com, place an order or use our contact form.

Data we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), delivery and billing address and, for business purchases, the company name and VAT number. Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, an order number if provided and your message.

Purpose

We use this data to process, deliver and invoice your order, apply VAT correctly, keep you informed about shipping and answer your questions.

Processors

For these purposes we work with carefully selected partners who process your data only on our behalf:

  • Stripe: secure payment processing. We never see or store your full card details.
  • WooCommerce (on our own hosting): management of orders, stock and invoicing.
  • Resend: sending emails from the contact form.
  • European Commission (VIES): verification of VAT numbers for business purchases.
  • 17track: shipment tracking based on your tracking number.
  • Lovable: hosting of the store and anonymous, cookieless visitor statistics.

Storage and security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration.

Retention

We keep your data as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. Invoice data is kept as long as accounting law requires.
