Return policy
At Review Cards we do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the conditions below are met.
1. Return period
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
3. Non-returnable products
- Products with an adhesive back whose protective film has been removed.
- Personalised or custom products made specifically for the customer.
4. Return procedure
- Contact us through the contact form or at info@reviewcardstore.com with your order number.
- Check that the product meets the return conditions.
- Pack the product securely and include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
- Send the parcel to our return address with a carrier of your choice.
5. Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. You are free to choose your own carrier. We recommend a tracked shipping method so you can follow the status of your return.
6. Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will inform you by email. The refund is made through the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
7. Exchanges
To exchange a product, return it following the procedure above. Exchanges are only possible if:
- The returned products are unused and undamaged.
- The desired new products are available.
If the desired product is not available, you will be refunded under the refund conditions.
